Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.

After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed and the payment is completed, you get informed about your completed Payment and get full access to all purchased products.

Orders via pre-payment (Vorkasse) and payment in advance are sent out on the day we receive the payment.

Some e-mail services incorrectly flag automated messages from our servers as spam – if you don´t receive anything, please check your spam folders first. You may also accidentally have provided an incorrect e-mail address – in this case please contact our Support to check whether we received your order.

Yes. You will receive your invoice in PDF format via e-mail when your order is sent out to you.

the access to your purchased Products depends on your payment method. Paypal and Credit card, Sofort and giropay are the fastest ways to pay. After successful payment you got instant access to your purchased products.

When using Rechnung, paypal transfer or other methods that need to be transfered from your bank account it normally takes about 2 – 7 days, depending on your bank until you got access to your products.

Download & Access

Log in to your account and open the download tab.
There you can download your purchased products.

If no downloads are shown, check your orders. if your order is completed but you cant access the files, please contact support with your order number.

After successful payment you will get access to your files instantly.
The files i.e. downloads are accessable in your account.

Bundles are delivered in zipped files (High Quality WAV)

When purchasing a bundle you get a zipped file.

To unzip the file you can use 7zip (Win), izip (Apple) and winzip (android).

YES. If you ran out of downloads, you can request new downloads here: Support.

First, check your personal account and the order status.
If your order is not completed yet please check your payment method: Payments in advance can take some days to complete.

If your payment is completed and successful but you cant see your files contact the support with your order number.

It can happen that your downloads from your account dont work. If you experience any issues, please Contact support.
